Overview
Spravato® (esketamine) is an FDA‑approved medication used for adults with treatment‑resistant depression or major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts.
Spravato® (esketamine) is taken with or without an oral antidepressant for treatment‑resistant depression and alongside an oral antidepressant for major depressive disorder with suicidal thoughts or actions.
It is administered in a certified medical office as a nasal spray under supervision.
