Initial Psychiatric Evaluation
This is the first step in understanding your mental health needs. During this evaluation, we will talk about your symptoms, medical history, and life experiences to develop a treatment plan just for you.
How It Works:
You will have a one-on-one conversation with a provider who will listen to your concerns and determine the best approach for your care. If needed, medication options and treatment recommendations will be discussed.
Benefits:
A clear understanding of your condition
A personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs
Fee:
Initial psychiatric evaluation (60 minutes): $249
A self-pay care plan option is available for patients seeking ongoing treatment.

Follow-Up & Medication Management
After your initial evaluation, follow-up visits help monitor your progress and adjust medications as needed. These visits ensure that your treatment continues to support your mental health effectively.
How It Works:
We will check in on how you’re feeling, review any side effects, and make adjustments to your medications when appropriate. This includes monitoring how your treatment may be affecting your overall well-being
Benefits:
Ongoing support to help you feel stable and improve your quality of life
Care that adapts as your needs change over time
Fee:
Follow-up medication management (15–30 minutes): $139
Weight Changes from Psychiatric Medications
Some medications used to treat anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions can lead to weight changes or increased appetite. This can feel frustrating and may impact both your physical and emotional well-being.
If you’re experiencing this, it’s something we take seriously. Whether you’re currently in treatment or seeking a new provider due to these concerns, a full evaluation is the first step.
How It Works:
We begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to understand your symptoms, current or past medications, and how they may be affecting your weight and overall health.
If you continue care with our practice, we will monitor these changes over time and adjust your treatment plan as needed to better support both your mental and physical well-being.
When appropriate, additional treatment options may be considered based on your individual clinical needs.
Benefits:
A clear understanding of how medications may be affecting your body
A treatment plan that supports both mental health and physical well-being
Ongoing care that considers the full impact of your medications
Fee:
New patients seeking care for medication-related weight concerns require an initial psychiatric evaluation: $249.
For established patients, concerns related to medication-associated weight changes are addressed as part of ongoing care.
If additional treatment is appropriate, options and related fees are discussed individually.
